Note: We don't offer returns for products that are not defective or where a wrong size was ordered. Please look at the size guide before ordering! :)
If any items are damaged, defective or the package didn't arrive, please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of placing your order (with images if possible). We will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions.
We are unable to offer refunds for packages that have been lost in transit where the tracking states it has been delivered. For orders that have a shipping address that the courier cannot deliver to or where the package has not been claimed, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
